Father's Refuge podcast
Hello parents !
I created Father's Refuge Podcast this week. We lost our daughter, Jessica Ann to cancer on August 5th of 2001.
One of the things I noticed when I walked through the hellscape of 14 months of treatments with Jessica is that there is little to no support for fathers. I came up with the idea of Father's Refuge in 2001 but never really figured out how to get that off the ground.
Fast forward 24 years and I am involved in the podcasting space so I figured this was a good place to do it. The website is located at https://www.fathersrefuge.com/
We also lost our 38 year old son, Jeremy Moffitt, in January of 2025. He wound up in the ICU for 5 weeks with RSV of the lungs.
